Shirley Wang is a partner of Financial Advisory services in Deloitte China. She has more than 18 years of experience in Financial Advisory, cross-border M&A and Attestation Assurance services. Her experience covers a wide range of industries, including life science, chemical, TMT, consumer, real estate, manufacturing and etc. Shirley is Deloitte China modeling service leader. She has extensive experience in performing modelling and business valuations. Her clients include Shanghai Pharma, CVS, WuXi PharmaTech, ExxonMobil, Sinochem, UTC, China Resources, Shanghai Electric Power, General Motors, CIMC, SenseTime, and etc. She is a guest lecturer for the Ministry of Culture of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Jiangsu Department of Commerce.
