Mr. Yang has more than 25 years working experience including over 20 years of service in multinational companies including Robert Bosch Group, EAC China, GM/Delphi Cooperation, Dascom Holding. He has 20 years of financial management experience in the manufacturing industry including being an analyst, controller, regional manager, China CFO, AP director, global business unit controlling, etc. Mr. Yang prides himself on being familiar with PRC law, GAAP and SOX requirements.
