Dr. Huang has been working as management consultant and trainer in Germany and China for nearly 25 years. Before he set up his own business in 2003, he had worked for leading international consultancies for many years, such as Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Horváth & Partners Management Consultants in Germany. The major topics of his consulting and training projects are controlling & performance management, business turnaround / restructuring, as well as sales effectiveness and key account management. In close cooperation with local Chinese partners and CA Controller Akademie, the market leader for controlling and controller training in German-speaking countries, Dr. Zhen Huang has been providing public courses and in-house training services in the field of controlling to numerous large companies and SMEs in Sino-German business community. Dr. Huang is member of International Association of Controllers and speaks fluent Chinese, German and English.
