Mr. Richard Jiang, Associate Director, PriceWaterhouseCoopers Shanghai

Richard is Associate Director of PwC Shanghai and an experienced expert in the field of government affairs, incentives and subsidies. He worked in the Shanghai municipality government for nearly two decades as policy maker, program director and PR coordinator. After his government position, he served leading Chinese and foreign enterprises to support  business development. Richard holds the Bachelor of International Finance from China East Normal University and the Master of Public Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
