    Mr. Oliver Diehm is a controlling professional with almost 15 years of controlling experience   in the automotive industry. During his career, he has worked within five continents and has experienced, not only, how demands towards controllers have increased during the last decade, but also, how cultural background influences controlling behavior. Since March 2015, Mr. Diehm has been working at Brose Shanghai controlling. He started as Head of Project Controlling and since January 2017, he has been working as head of Controlling China.

    Mr. Haiqing Huang, Head of Project Controlling of Door System Division in Brose China, is a controller with cross functions experience. After getting Master degrees from Tsinghua University and RWTH Aachen in 2005, he started as Business Analyst for Merger & Acquisition which taught him thinking about business from company level. From 2006 to 2008 he participated the successful joint development program (Bora and Lavida) as Technical Officer in Volkswagen Group China. From July 2008, he worked in Brose China for different functions (Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Customer Team Director). After finishing the biggest acquisition of Brose China, he transferred to Project Controlling function in September 2014. In April 2018 he will move to Brose Changchun Plant to take Plant CFO position.
