演讲嘉宾 Speakers:

•         罗云红女士， 中国区财务总监， 博泽汽车技术企业管理（中国）有限公司 | Mrs. Sylvie Luo, Director Finance & Regional Service, ChinaBrose China Co., Ltd.

罗云红女士是一位拥有化工，医药及汽车制造等行业20年工作经验的财务专业人士。大学毕业后，罗女士先后在知名跨国公司担任会计及财务控制经理超过八年，后加入德国拜耳集团七年，不仅负责总部财务控制并监督工厂日常运营，同时也加入全球GBS项目完成中国区SSC的相关流程的资源整合。在2014年初，罗女士加入佛吉亚，近4年里成功建立上海财务共享中心，并完成流程优化和SSC生产效率的持续性提高。2017年8月，罗女士加入博泽并担任中国区财务总监，负责区域财务共享中心运作及中国区资金管理工作。| Mrs. Sylvie Luo is a finance professional with 20 years of financial experience in chemical, pharmaceutical and automotive industries. At the beginning, she worked as full-scope finance manager including both accounting and controlling in the multinational companies more than 8 years, then worked in Bayer for 7 years not only as the HQ business controller to monitor plants’ operation performance but also joined the global GBS (Global Business Service) project for SSC organization integration in China. Afterwards, Mrs. Luo worked in Faurecia for 4 years to build up SHA SSC successfully and keep continuous process optimization and productivity improvements. Since Aug 2017, Mrs. Luo joined Brose as China Finance Director in charge of regional SSC operation and China treasure management.

•         Andreas Haeckl先生， 舍弗勒投资（中国）有限公司，大中华区汽车事业部管控总监 | Mr. Andreas Haeckl, Director Controlling of Schaeffler Holding (China) Co. Ltd. responsible for the Automotive Division in Greater China

Haeckl先生拥有工业工程硕士学位。他于2006年加入舍弗勒公司，于2010年初起在中国工作。在这期间，他在工业事业部、汽车事业部以及总部职能部门等多个管控部门领导岗位上积累了丰富经验。| Mr. Haeckl holds a diploma degree in industrial engineering. He joined the Schaeffler Group in 2006 and has been working in China since the beginning of 2010. During this time, he has gained rich experience in several Controlling Management positions for both Divisions Industrial and Automotive as well as Central Functions.
